We spent time in real guesthouses and boutique hotels across Lagos, Accra, and Nairobi, watching owners juggle booking calendars in notebooks, guest details in someone’s phone contacts, and payments in a totally separate ledger. Nothing was talking to anything else, and the software built to fix it was made for 200-room chains, not a 12-room guesthouse run by one very tired owner.
So we built iSuites the other way around: mobile-first, AI-assisted, and priced for a 12-room guesthouse.
